Hello! Welcome to this passion project of mine. My name is Logan and I am the creative mastermind behind all these weird and wacky fermented creations. I have been fermenting and preserving food and bevies for over 10 years now and I'm so excited to have a place where I can share and showcase it all. I have a huge passion for local food and try my absolute hardest to source or handpick all the fruits and herbs I use in these ferments. Sustainability and food security are among my biggest goals and passions so all business decisions will be made through that lens. Huge thanks to everyone who has been supporting me for years and thanks to all the new people I've been meeting along this business journey. Very excited to see how I can sustainably grow this passion project.
