Local Producers
Im so excited and fortunate to be able to source and help support such a wide variety of farmers and producers in our area.
Here are some of the lovely producers:
Berry Sweet Gardens: Emma and Antonio Molina from Berry Sweet Gardens in Barnhartvale. If you’ve had any of my strawberry or raspberry flavours in the past year there’s a 90% chance all the fruit came from this beautiful farm. They are spray and pesticide free and pick everything as fresh as possible. If you are getting any of their fruit it would’ve all been picked that morning or the night before, quality you can both see and taste! It’s been such a great professional relationship to foster and I hope to keep it strong for many years to come!
Busy Bee Canning: Im so hyped to introduce Kailee from @busybeecanning ! I first met Kailee when I was the summer student for the gleaning abundance program in 2017 while we were both picking apples, and now she is my #1 supplier of haskaps, sour cherries and currants! Her family has a 100 acre property just outside of Vernon and grows such a wide variety of fruit and veg. They grow 5 different types of haskaps and is the main motivation for the haskap cherry mint flav. So hyped to have continued to grow this friendship for so long! If you are ever needing garlic, haskaps, or canned goods give her a follow and send a message, all such high quality stuff

Forest Garden Honey: Here is arguably the most important farmer/producer in the lineup. Gerry from Forest Honey in Monte Creek. I get 80% of my honey for all my Jun kombucha from him and I wouldn’t be where I am today without his help and hard work. His hives are mostly located in the Campbell creek/Monte creek/Barnhartvale area and I’m very stoked to have him as a friend and business partner. He is regularly at the market on Saturdays too so if you are needing some local wildflower honey go see him! Big smile and great guy to chat with.

Stay tuned as I continue to update this page with more wonderful suppliers
